House Pelikaanstraat

One of our latest houses in Utrecht is on the Pelikaanstraat. This house is renovated and redecorated in February 2012. This house is very close to the city centre and Central Station of Utrecht. The house has 5 All-Inclusive Rooms (Furnished kitchen, washer/dryer, each room has a flatscreen TV and Wifi).

Room 1
Room 1 is the largest furnished room in the house with a garden view. The room has a double bed, a 32 inch flatscreen TV and a large wardrobe closet with double doors.. The room is situated on the first floor, close to the kitchen and the toilet.

Room 2
Room 2 is a nice spacious room on the first floor of the house. The room has a single bed, a 32 inch flatscreen TV and 2 built in closets. The room is situated close to the kitchen and the toilet.

Room 3
Room 3 is cozy combination of 2 small rooms.

- The first small room is the bedroom, situated on the first floor cose to the kitchen and the toilet. The room is equiped with a flatcreen TV and has a small wardrobe closet and storage room under the bed and above the door.

- The second small room is the study, situated on the second floor of the house and cose to the bathroom. The room has a smart designed desk for your computer and to use for your study.  The room is also equiped with a flatscreen TV and a small couch.

Room 4
Room 4 is a largest room on the second floor, close to the bathroom with a PRIVATE balcony with garden view. The room has a  single bed and 32 inch flatscreen TV. The room also has a lot of closet space.

Room 5
Room 5 is a nice spacious room with a double bed situated on the second floor close to the bathroom. The furnished room has a 32 inch flatscreen TV and a large wardrobe closet with double doors.



Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need for some awesome cooking.The kitchen has a large fridge for common use, a lot of cupboards, a stove, an oven and a dishwasher.          

Bathroom
The bathroom is a nice, large and clean bathroom with a washer and drying machine.
