What is the minimum rental period?
Together with the tenant we agree upon a rental period. if in the contract an end date is mentioned, there is no notice. If the rental period is undefined, there is a two full calendar months’ notice. The rental agreement can only end on the last day of the month.
Can I register at the city of Utrecht?
Yes, after you received the signed rental contract (signed by the tenant and management of NL-Housing) you can register with the city of Utrecht.
Can I pay with cash?
No, the rent can be transfered to our bank account or you can deposit the money at a local bankshop. Our banking information can be found in the rental contract.
