How do we work:
- We offer undefinate all-inclusive rental contracts, we require a signed rental contract until 31-01 or 31-08 (fixed start and end date)
- Prices are all-inclusive (Gas, water, electricity, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, all taxes and service included in the price)
- All our houses accommodate international students and are mixed with boys and girls
- We only rent out online. If you want a viewing it will costs E50,-
- For pictures of the room please see our website
- We require a copy of your passport
- We require a deposit of one month rent
How to book a room
Please fill out the 'Interested in a room form' or contact Student Rooms Utrecht for availability of our rooms and ask for Belinda.
